The Problem

 

 

Fix the application form and admissions process for their gap year program.

Thousands of students had begun applying and dropped out before finishing; Year On urgently needed to improve their conversion rate and reach their enrollment goal of 150 students in the next three months.

 
 

The Solution

Our client a quick fix to reach their business goals, so we delivered an application redesign with service blueprints to help them implement it. Additionally, we offered long-term strategies to help them leverage the UX research we completed. Happily, Year On rolled out a new application form based on our redesign just two weeks after we completed the project!
